	Hana's Suitcase—a true story September 14 - October 7, 2007 by Emil Sher Adapted from the book Hana's Suitcase by Karen Levine Note: Most appreciated by adults, teens and young people ages 9 and older. First Stage will hold no performances on September 13 in observance of Rosh Hashanah, the evening of September 21 in observance of Erev Yom Kippur and September 22 in observance of Yom Kippur. In March 2000, the tiny Holocaust Education Centre in Tokyo receives a child’s suitcase from the Auschwitz Museum. Painted on the side are a name, Hana Brady, a birthdate and the word “Waisenkind” (orphan). Details

All performances are in the intimate, 500-seat Todd Wehr Theater, conveniently located in the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, 929 North Water Street, in the heart of Milwaukee's Downtown Theater District.
